Hula = Love

I love hula. I love the grace, the culture, the whole symbolism behind hula. Its just a great wonderful thing. I was looking at my facebook and my hula sister Marie put up some pics and my hula Kumu (teacher) was putting up some pics too and I just LOVE this one of me, it was taken at the first hula workshop. We are also performing in April in Northridge.

qwerty keyboards and happiness

So I went to get the Louis Vuitton ring I have been lusting over forever, and Anibal, Mayra and I went to Beverly Hills Rodeo.

Short story, went to Rodeo Drive LV, Saks Fifth Avenue LV and the LV in Century City Westfield and all they had was a size small! It was also chunky and didnt fit as well as I had hoped.

So I put the money towards a new (well, to me) Blackberry! I have wanted a G1 for forever but they are just so expensive so I just bought a Blackbery Curve, which I had before and loved.

So now I have a qwerty keyboard!!!! Text me! :)

plus, I reached my 10 lb goal with weight watchers!!! hooray! :)

HOORAY!

I just weighed in at my meeting for weight watchers yesterday and I reached my 5%! Which means, since I started a month ago, I have lost five percent of my body weight! Yay for not being a fatty! (or, rather less of a fatty!)

The best part of Weight watchers is that I still feel happy, I can eat anything I want (within moderation) and I am still loosing weight! :)

5 lbs!

I have lost my first 5 lbs on weight watchers! I am super happy about that! So now its time for me to spend some $$ on myself. Haha.

Disneyland!

So I just got home from Disneyland. And I went there last night. And in fact, within the span of about a month I have gone four times. Annual Passports are an amazing thing.

Bosses who let you off for a friends birthday are even better. :P

Oh Louis Vuitton, why do you tempt me?

Yet another beauty longing to belong to me. This is the Monogram Canvas Neverfull MM. Since my speedy is a hand held bag, i'd like to add a shoulder bag to my LV obsession. This bag is interesting because the strings on either side can be drawn up so that it is cinched closed, giving two looks to the bag. This style is almost as popular as the speedy or "doctor bag" for its iconograpy and Louis Vuitton styling. Ahhh... a girl can dream. :)

Necky

One of the prettiest necklaces I have ever seen is still availible, on etsy.com just waiting for me to purchase it.

It's made by this lady in London, who hand makes beautiful jewlery, including this necklace and ear rings to match. It reminds me alot of betsey johnson-meets-tarina tarantino and its sort of tropical coloring is really stunning.

I told myself that I wouldn't buy it, I have enough "statement" pieces and that I should just stay away. But here I am, every now and again just going on the website to see if it is still there. And it is. Gah.

Why can't they just invent money trees?

Incentive #2. I am planning (hopefully in April) to visit Marisol in New Zealand. But I can't go to another country with a crappy basic blue passport, right? So its either this one here, or a really cute black version. I'm leaning more towards the purple one because its a little more different than anything I would pick, but its still within my style. KWIM?

Also there is a Louis Vuitton version also, they are about 3x as much as the coach, so live within my means, right? haha.

incentive

This is my glorious incentive to lose weight. I just started weight watchers and when I lose weight, I will buy myself goodies. ;) This particular gem is from Louis Vuitton, and is my current obsession. Its a LE which is internet-speak for limited edition so I better behave and act fast!
